Experience: 3 - 7 years
Skill Set :
Thorough knowledge of OOAD, UML, Design Patterns & Methodologies Experience in programming with C#, ASP.Net /VB.Net Experience in developing COM/DCOM/COM+ components MS SQL Server 2000 (preferable) / Oracle Microsoft Certifications preferred Experience in database design, SQL, PL/SQL For All Lead positions, following skill set is a must in addition to above,
Experience in Design and Troubleshooting of web-based applications Well versed with Project Management procedures and experience in executing full life cycle project Ability to co-ordinate with onsite/offshore teams Prior experience in leading a team Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
